*  Love INC care box item: August 2010: Paper Towels, Kleenex, and Toilet Paper

**  September 1st:  Family Activities "Kick Off Night" In the Park!  All family night activates are invited to a night of fun, which includes games and a cookout.  We will be meeting on the east side of the city park in the open Shelter House - 7PM

*  September 5th:  Labor  Day Community Worship Service in the City Park -6PM.  Bring your lawn chairs or blanket. In case of rain the service will be held at First Reformed Church on Washington Ave.  After the service there will be an ice cream social.  (Worship service is hosted by: Sheldon Ministerial Association, Ice cream social sponsored by: Bethel Reformed Church) Click here for a full schedule of Sheldon Labor Day Events

*  September 6th:  A Labor Day Church Bake Sale will be located at the Parsonage with the proceeds going towards the cost of the concrete for the Church sidewalks; please consider donating baked goods for this Church fundraiser.  Any fresh garden produce or canned jams, jellies, ect. that you would like to donate for this sale would also be greatly appreciated. Time slots for helping are available on the sign-up sheet located on the information table.

*  September 8th:  Regular Family Night Activities will resume.

**  September 13th:  Temple Restoration will resume.

*  Wanted-Used Cell Phones:  Place your unwanted used cell phone in the box located on the information table.  This is a fundraiser project for the Church.  Please have them in by September 5th

*  Kum and Go gas cards are available for purchase from either Pastor Ken or Marge.  (any amount starting from $25 on up).  A percentage of each sale using one of these cards will be designated to the church.    Questions, contact Pastor Ken.

*  Remember to pick up your copy of the Evangel and Live magazines which are located at the top of the basement stairs.

*  Policy:  Anyone wanting to put in an announcement of any kind in the bulletin or on the web site, have a prayer request for someone who is ill, or have any other request, please e-mail the church or have it in writing to the church office no later than Thursday.  That way, it will for sure, be included in the church bulletin.  the church's email address is pastor@parkviewassembly.org   Thank you.
