Parkview Assembly Youth Group Conduct Rules
For all Youth Events/Trips

Youth members will agree
to abide by the following rules:
1.
Youth members may not be in possession of any illegal substances,
including but not limited to the following: weapons, cigarettes, alcohol,
illicit drugs, fireworks or pornography.
2.
Youth members will not be allowed to bring personal music players of any
kind.
3.
Cell phones* for emergency use only. Youth leaders will have cell phones
available if need arises.
4.
No “words of death “(putdowns) only “words of life”-Like those of Jesus ,
no foul language or swearing

Conventions/Trips and Cell phone rules for all events
1.
Permission slip required
or note from guardians granting there
child permission to go on the trip and any allergies/medications listed and
granting Stanton and Stephanie Madsen permission to seek necessary medical treatment
for your son /daughter while in route and at the event.
2.
No watching TV
3.
At no time may
girls’ be in the guys room or guys in the girls’ rooms (for hotel stays)
4.
An adult chaperone
will be in all the hotel rooms. for example: an adult male chaperone in the guys
room and an adult female chaperone in the girls room
5.
When lights out
are called for, no one should leave their room for any reason.
6.
Cell phones will be confiscated
if used unnecessarily. Consider leaving cell phones at home to prevent
temptation.
*Convention/trips/events are
a time for our group to bond closer with God. We do not want youth texting and
calling friends back home nor do we want cell phones interrupting worship
services. Youth leaders will take your child’s cell phone away and talk with
them privately if needed.
